How It Works:

1. Order Deadlines: Orders must be placed by Friday at 7:00 p.m. to ensure availability at the market that weekend. For now, we’re manually processing orders, so some responses may take a little longer while we get the hang of things!

2. Pick-Up & Delivery: Pick up your order directly at the market or opt for delivery (where available). Please bear with us as we refine the pick-up and delivery system; we’ll communicate details once your order is confirmed. Pick up at the market on Sundays from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. is always available and free! Delivery within an approximate 10 mile radius is a $10 flat fee. There is a $50 minimum order for local delivery. At this time we are not able to offer delivery to Maryland. 

3. Seasonal & Variable Inventory: The products from our local farmers are seasonal, and availability can change quickly. We’re committed to fulfilling every order, but there might be instances where certain items aren’t available due to high demand or seasonality. We’ll keep you updated and work closely with our farmers to keep things running smoothly.

4. Substitutions: If something is out of stock, we’ll do our best to offer a comparable item. If you’d prefer no substitutions, just mention that in the notes at checkout. As we grow, we’ll add more customization options to make this easier.

5. Refunds: If we’re unable to provide an item or a suitable substitute, we’ll issue a full or partial refund. Please note that, for health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of food items, but we’re happy to make it right if there’s any issue with your order.

6. Cost of Service: While this service adds convenience, there are some costs involved, like packaging and processing fees, which we aim to keep minimal as we continue improving this new process.
