🧀 Chevre
December Seasonals:
Savory: "Sesame Ginger" is our savory seasonal chevre for December. This Asian themed chevre is made with fresh ginger, pea shoots, water chestnuts, and toasted sesame seeds. It has a bit of heat from the ginger and a warm, nutty flavor from the toasted sesame seeds. Yum!
Sweet: "Cranberry Orange" is our sweet variety for December. We blend Craisins, Candied Orange peel and a bit of orange zest into our honey sweetened chevre. Lovely spread on an English muffin or bagel, or crumbled into a salad with walnuts.

🧀 Feta
Greek style, aged 2 months in brine. Available in ¼ or ½ lb portions. First Place, 2019 ADGA National Goat Cheese Competition.

🧀 Bloomy Rinds
Napoleon's Peak – pyramid-shaped ashed bloomy (a favorite!).
Snow Buttons – petite ¼ lb ashed bloomy patty.
Classic Camembert – ooey-gooey perfection.

🧀 Aged Semi-Hard Cheeses - this week we will have:
Alpsiago – This Alpine style cheese has been living her best life in our underground aging caves for a full 16 months. Lovely texture, bits of sharp flavor crystals, great snacking cheese.
Caerphilly – A Welsh cheddar – named after the town in Wales that developed this style of cheddar. Aged 13 months. I'm super excited about how this cheese has been aging out – come by for a taste!
Potomac Sunrise – Our most awarded cheese taking first place semi hard cheese and Best in Show at the ADGA 2021 National Goat Cheese Competition. This curd washed cheese has a nutty flavor and a softer texture. Melts well.

Goatgurt – spoonable cultured treat with live active cultures.
Goatgurt Smoothies – gut-healthy, drinkable yogurt in Strawberry, Apple Cinnamon & Vanilla.
