🧀 Chevre October Seasonals:
Savory: "Mushroom Thyme" is our savory seasonal chevre for October. Locally sourced mushrooms diced fine and sauteed in olive oil and then blended into our chevre with freshly ground thyme. Great atop a baked potato or served slathered on a slice of hearty multigrain bread with a bowl of vegetable beef soup!
Sweet: “Autumn Harvest”. Local apples grated into our honey sweetened chevre and blended with cinnamon and brandied raisins. This is delicious crumbled into a leafy green salad with walnuts, or spread on a bagel for a quick breakfast.
Routine: Basil, Black Pepper, Classic.
🧀 Feta Greek style, aged 2 months in brine. Available in ¼ or ½ lb portions. First Place, 2019 ADGA National Goat Cheese Competition.
