My passion for baking took a turn 18 years ago after being diagnosed with celiac disease. I missed the texture and flavor of my favorite foods. It has been my mission to make foods taste like I remembered. I'm a mother of nine and five of my children have other food allergies including oral allergy, dairy, peanut, tree nut, soy, and alpha gal. My bakery has allergy-friendly items along with being 100% gluten-free. We also use 90% organic baking ingredients, organic local eggs, fruit, and local honey.
