We are gourmet mushrooms growers local to the Shenandoah Valley area. Not only are mushrooms delicious, but they are also a healthy source of protein, vitamins, trace minerals, and may provide numerous medicinal benefits. We also have pastured eggs. Our hens are out on pasture in the fresh air and sunshine and are free to express their chicken-ness.
